Hey, I’m Lonnie — Head chef, entrepreneur, and creator of UFO & Co.

Inspired by this South Korean style dish, UFO & Co. was conceived with one mission: introduce Gainesville, FL and surrounding areas to an extraterrestrial flying saucer-shaped burger and intergalactic tacos! After more than a decade in the culinary world, I realized the moments I'm living for are simple: good vibes, great food, smiling faces, and the energy you get when a bite leaves someone speechless. Therefore, it was time to reach beyond the galaxies and build a concept that brought all of that together — something fun, full of personality, and uniquely me.
